When it feels like it's over...it's not. - November 21st 2010, 01:44 AM

Like the title says, everytime something good happens everything comes back and or gets worse, let me explain; When I was in 8th grade I had a "friend" one day he grabbed me and asked if I wanted to see something, next he touched me a couple times, then it became verbal he would call the b word and tell me that he was going to kill me. I told but very little could be done because no one saw what was happening. I feel like they believed him and did not get him in more trouble because he very "smart" academically, and he is extremely popular. Well he decided he was going to go to the came high school as myself. Nothing really happened in between freshman and junior year. But know its senior year and last week I was sitting by my locker in the morning trying to get some homework done. As I was working on it I heard his voice but didn't try to pay attention. A few seconds later he was in my face just staring at me. I am now absoubltly terrified of going to school and seeing him. I don't know what to do. I'm afraid my school will not take any action but I don't know if I want to involve the police. My highschool is nearly over and I just want to get through it and never have to see this kids face agian. But I'm so scared something worse will happen. People are always telling me nothing will happen and then it does. I'm hurting so much help me please...

The problem is sometimes schools don't do enough. They let people get away with harassing and bullying others. Talk to your parents or someone you trust. Possibly consider a restraining order if the option is available. Even though your almost done with school you shouldn't have to deal with that. You still will want to talk to a counselor or someone at your school. Something like this can escalate very quickly. Even if you don't think it'll help, see if your school can do something. I really hope your school can be of some help.
