WHY DO PEOPLE SEEM TO HATE ME?

since i got into the middle school, a good few years back, everyone in my school decided i was a b**** and decided not to like me. now im going into high school. ive had to sit alone at lunch, be teased, and even guys think im a big joke. im a normal teenager, i love fashion and makeup. im an aspiring model. my parents and everyone always tell me it's because im "goregous" or "beautiful" and theye jealous. PLEASE!!

there are plenty of pretty popular girls! that is the biggest load of CRAP ive ever heard! now I have to go into high school and deal with these same people AGAIN and im SCARED out of my mind. i dont want to sit alone anymore! i dont get why everyone wrote me off as a b**** because i look a certain way! I just dont get it. all this stuff has triggered my depression to get much worse, and made my excercise addiction worse.

I hate being hated. i dont know what to do anymore! how am i supposed to go back to that school and be hated for four years!?!? i wont be able to do it. its not like my parents understand anything. once in a while theyll try, but it makes no difference. im so sick of being alienated. no guy wanted to date me because everyone said these things. it destroys me inside every day. the fear of going back is driving me INSANE.

You should probably talk to someone about your fears of going to school.

As for my own experiences, I had very little social life in 5th grade. I had one or two friends and that was it, the popular girls and boys woulndn't talk to me, etc. I started middle school, couldn't handle it, and was homeschooled for 6th grade. Newly educated in the ways of the internet and educational tv, I was then moved across the country and started 7th grade at a new school.

You don't have to be afraid of school. School is just a place where you are babysat and occasionally learn things. It's not the entirety of your life, and you're unlikely to spend another second with these people outside of school. I know it's cliche, but it's true.

I'm sorry to hear about your problems at school...kids can be tough, and I know it's hard.
Generally there is just one person who dislikes you & the other people just want to "fit-in & go with the flo", but they don't understand that bullying hurts people... ):

You can ask teachers if there is any work you would like you to do for them at lunch or to to the library & ask to help out to just to chill there until lunch is over.

I know it's hard, but these people that don't like you, they're not worth it! Do you know of anyone else in your year that hasn't many friends or the people that are not popular? Maybe you could try and be friends with them or at least talk to them.
A lot of people go to the library at my school if they don't have many friends, it's a great place to meet new people and make friends with people in other years!
Like you, I have no friends in class and find myself sitting alone. If there is a small friendship group you could try tagging along and they might join you in after a while

I'm so sorry about this...You are not alone, though.This is happening to me too. I was picked on throughout elementary school and high school. I am called a b**** and much worse and I haven't done anything to deserve it. People are so rude nowadays. Don't take it to heart. They are miserable with their own lives and for some apparent reason they feel as if they have to take it out on somebody. My advice: do well in school, go to college, get a great job. Go to their silly reunion and rub it in their faces. Don't worry Cinderella, the ball is almost here! Hang in there! Will you do that for me?

same exact situation here. I'm in 9th grade, and last year I was completely popular, and in the last month of middle school, all my friends dropped me. It was so unexpected and I didn't do anything!! I cry almost every night. i don't get how people are so mean. we don't do anything to hurt them, and they still tear us down. just know you're not alone in this. </3

I had the same issue in School all the way around. There is always a couple good friends that will come along and accompany you, and as for the rest of them, they are jealous of you because you're probably alot smarter and more intelligent than them and have more style and integrity.
I just ignore them and don't let it bother me because they're just bitter asswipes who have nothing better to thrive on then making everyone else miserable because their lives suck, and they're bored with their own lame lives. They suck, so ignore them. They're not important. Don't listen to anything they say because you're awesome!
I just learned not to give a crap what people say or think about me or to me because I know deep down who I am and what I am, and I've learned to love myself. I came to realize through the School years, the girls there were all jealous because I had loving parents and I was pretty, intelligent, and I was a virgin who didn't drink smoke or do drugs, and a couple of them tried to drag me down with them and I wouldn't have it, so yeah I got hated because I have self respect. So they're jealous is all.
