Question my anxiety causes pain? - May 30th 2015, 10:31 PM

I literally feel how I get worse and worse day by day.

I don't exactly know how I feel or how I am supposed to feel.. but I feel numb. And besides all the other stuff I am experiencing, the only thing I feel is either anxiety or nothing at all.

Anyways, I've had 2 anxiety attacks today and one ended only a few minutes ago.

Sometimes while I have an anxiety attack or shortly before it ends, I'd experience pain in the chest area. Also I'd not be able to breath well but that's with my anxiety in general. I've only felt that pain a second time now.

I really don't know if my anxiety causes that chest pain. The pain is nothing really too painful. Just a little. Not too much. I do feel it. But not much and it's easy to handle the pain.

I don't know how to explain how the pain feels though.

I think panic attacks can cause pain, that's part of the reason they're sometimes mistaken for heart attacks. They can also be hard on your body which can cause pain. I've only had one that probably lasted about 20 minutes, but I felt like I'd been hit by a truck afterwards.
