The Doctor's. (Help!!!) -

Hey guys,
This is going to be one of those threads i am going to regret putting up, i can already guess. But i have kinda a problem. I am going to be going to get a physical at the doctor's in a few days. I am worried sick about it. I have almost thrown up a few times at the very thought. Any idea's on how to stay calm and not freak? Also, what are some of the things that happen at a physical? Thank you all so much. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A physical, its nothing, they weight you, measure your height and take your blood pressure.
If you are on meds they may discuss that with you And if you have mental health problems/physicall health problems they will discuss that with you. Honestly, dont be scared. Its not bad at all
