Why am I scared of them? They're my friends?

I'm currently living with three other friends of mine. They are good friends, we all get on fine, when we're together we have a great laugh but I still get really nervous around them

I have social anxiety, so obviously I don't like walking down the street or dealing with strangers, but these guys are my friends so what's my problem?

The thing is, once I'm actually spending time WITH them, it's fine. It's when I have to walk past them or something. The bathroom in this house is downstairs, you have to walk through the living room to get there. I'm terrified of walking through there when someone is sat there. I don't know why, I can't even describe what I'm afraid of. It's getting to me because I've even started going to the nearest public toilet instead of my own, and at this very moment I need to get up and wash my hair/self (it's 2pm!) but I'm too afraid because I know someone is on the Xbox in the living room.

How do I get over this stupid fear? If I'm scared around my friends, how will I ever manage to be brave enough to face the "real world" ?

I'm absolutely the same, Skeddie.

I mean you've got to know that like; they should be okay with you walking around them, I think it's because you've had something happened or events happening in your life.

Yeah I was bullied quite a lot a few years ago, I guess I'm still afraid of rejection or being judged
