WHY DO I GET ANXIOUS AROUND CROWDS
 if they're over idk how many people i feel like im suffocated in them can't move or breath paralyzed in the crowds look round cant see anyone i know feel so alone and scared like i lost everyone gonna lose myself cant see anything anything cant move so scared

I know this feeling all too well, and yes, crowds are scary.
 I know the reasons, but then going over the reasons would invoke Hysteria.

I know how you feel. I HATE being in crowded places! I just feel so claustrophobic and anxious like i NEED to get out of there. It sucks because I can barely go anywhere without being on edge all the time.
How cruel is the golden rule? I'm the kind of kid that can't let anything go but you wouldn't know a good thing if it came up and slit your throat... ""How does that make you feel?" is the most annoying sentence in the English language."-myself |
