Its taken over. My anxiety is hell in my body. I can't spend another minute clutching my chest because I can't breathe or bent over the toilet vomiting at the end. I CAN'T DO THIS. I just want to die because its has now become unbearable... Where can I turn?

Hi Kyra,
I'm sorry to see that you're having a difficult time with your anxiety. Dealing with anxiety can be physically and mentally exhausting. It can be hard to know where to turn or what options are available for you to turn to. Here are a few of my suggestions..

For any in the moment crisis situations you find yourself in where you know it would help to speak to someone you can definitely try calling a support hotline. The people there are trained to help you, and some people find it very helpful to have someone there to listen and talk to. On this site we also have the livehelp option.

Is there any trusted adult, school guidance counsellor, or doctor you could talk to about your struggle with anxiety right now? You don't need to deal with this alone, and although it's a pretty scary thought to be open about this with someone, it may help you get the support and resources you need.

For now, i'd suggest taking a look at this website, Living With Anxiety, that's listed under TH's resource section. Also try using google to see if there are any ideas of ways you can cope with your anxiety in a healthy way.
