Just stay calm.
I know that's easier said than done but you can do it. When you start to freak out just take deep breaths and remember that you're there to learn. Be yourself, if you try to be fake it'll just make the panic worse.
You're going to be okay.
It will get better after a while.
I also recommend telling someone about your panic attacks because of this stuff.
Good luck <3

Just breathe.
When it gets to be too much hand your overwhelmed just breathe.
I myself get the occasional panic attack - very scary.
Breathe in through your nose into your stomach for three counts then exhale through your mouth for three counts. Slowly and calmly.
You are going to be okay. Don't psych yourself out. You can do it. Just be yourself. And be calm. Happy positive thoughts!
