Obsessive fear over loved ones dying :/

I don't know if I'm alone with this. I have this obsessive fear of my family/friends dying. I'm just pretty damn close to my mum, dad, sister and best friend and I know if any one of them died I would be a wreck. I almost get anxiety attacks whenever I think of them dying. If anyone of them is ill I constantly worry it could be something serious.

I've always been like this but I've gotten so much worse when my dad got rushed to hospital due to heart problems two years ago.

My nan is 83 and it will happen soon :/ I don't know how I would cope with that either.

If I ever have children this would turn 100x worse >___<

No, you're not alone. I imagine my loved ones dying quite frequently, and feel shivers and panic every time. My anxiety flares up, and I constantly worry, too.

I'm not sure what to write to help, but I'm feeling this, too.
