Tips and Tricks for things! - August 7th 2018, 01:59 AM

Here is my wisdom:

1. Can't sleep? Get up and do a quick small task. For me, I clean my room or reorganize my pokemon cards. Reading and social media can really stimulate the mind and make it harder to sleep. With reading, though, I can't speak for everyone.

2. Clear your mind during homework time by taping (using painting tape) an adult coloring page to your wall or drawer near your desk. When you need a quick break, remove the coloring page and color a bit. It's close by and helps relieve stress.

3. Trouble with a second eye in drawing? Take some transparent paper and trace the first eye. Reverse the paper and place the copied eye where you want. Scribble over the eye (not on the eye.) and remove the transpapert paper. The new eye so be there, but faintly. It's there, but trace over the fainted eye. It's not perfect, but it's helpful.

4. Dog kibble + water + leftovers safe for dogs +ice cube trays = perfect froze dog treats for kongs when you need to kennel train the dog.

5. To reduce burnout or procastration there are extensions in chrome like break times or block sites that cause procatiration. Examples are
chrome-extension://hklkdbpicdmlpoiellngedpejjkmapei/templates/settings.html

or

chrome-extension://laankejkbhbdhmipfmgcngdelahlfoji/options.html#nuclearOptionTab

6. Physical, Mental/Emotional health, and social health are equally important!
Walking your dog, going to the mall or shopping center, or something like that exercises all three!

7. If you want to get started on weightloss or exercises, one place to start is Wiifit! THough WiiFit Plus is more fun. There's yoga and exercises but there's also games that make you move. However BMI and your weight isn't accurate so don't rely on that. Rely on your doctor. The BMI on there doesn't count muscles. Also log your pet on there, because they'll help you win games

8. No matter how slow or small steps you take, get out of the comfront zone when you wish! You need change and risks otherwise your brain throws a tantrum.

9. Rubber bands can help with breaking additions such as nail biting or eating too much. If you dont want others to see it, place it around your ankle.

Feel free to put your own tips and tricks!
