Parkour or Dressage? - September 22nd 2010, 12:47 AM

So, I've been in dressage for awhile, but now I want to get into Parkour

If anyone knows information about either one or wants to discuss them, let me know. I'm always up for some informative discussions

Here are some links so that you know what I"m talking about...

Get into bike trials like me

not me in the videos though, just some of my favorite riders, my style is more like the first video.

but I've done some really really light parkour in the past, running just isn't my thing, but check out this parkour video:

Parkour! Its so awesome. I'm not saying quit dressage, do both if you like both.

Remember to keep it low though, don't go doing those 15ft jumps until you really know what your doing. And first things first, learn to fall, learn to land properly. Even a 4ft drop can hurt you. Believe me. :P

Heres some David Belle, look at the other videos if you want some eye candy, its mostly talking in this one.
