So, I was speeding. 98 in 65. Illinois law states 30 or over is a class B misdemeanor, up to 6 months in jail x.X;
Question being... This is my first driving offense of any kind. What do you think the punishment will be? Is it likely to get a huge fine or jail time, or...? If it makes any difference, my license is from Missouri; I was just driving through. :/ But in the end, the most important thing to accept is that no matter how alone you feel, how painful it may be, with the help of those around you, you'll get through this too.
