Charity fundraising.

I've been wanting to do this for a while, and i have one way to get some money, but i want to raise more.
In my family we have had 3 deaths from cancer; my great grandad in 2002, my great nan in 2007 and my step nan in september last year. so i'm hoping to do race for life in june this year.
I also want to find ways to raise money for Cancer research, so can anyone give me sone ways that i can do this? I'd love to raise a good amount to donate to a charity like this, because with cancer having been in the family, it seems like a worthy and close to heart cause for me.

Umm, I have a few options
- Bake sale
- If your school has uniform convince your head to let you have a non uniform day where every student pays a certain amount to take part (my school does this)
- Sell old books, DVDs, CDs etc. over the internet and donate the money
- Fashion show or another event show.

I'm sure Google has some other ideas too
