Going to the Spa [URGENT/ NEED HELP BEFORE TOMORROW] -

Okay, so tomorrow I am going to the spa to get a facial and my eyebrows waxed.
QUESTION. Should I work out and shower BEFORE or AFTER I go? What's better for the face?  |

Before! And don't wear makeup. When I got a facial done, I was told to wait until the next day to do any activity that would make me sweat as well as not to take a shower. Also be prepared for your face to potentially be a bit red, so don't count on going out immediately after (unless you don't care, and in that case, that's just downright fabulous).
