I have a couple.
One is music of course. I'll lay down on my bed, turn off the lights, put on headphones, and blast away. Always seems to help.
Another is photography. I like to go for walks and take pictures with my awesome possum camera

I listen to music and go for a run or dance or something.

Failing that i just go stay at my friends house or my brother's flat for a few days

Poetry, music, reading, playing this video game... (Crazy Cabbie... I play it so often that it's just a soothing thing.)

In a world filled with diversity, I am just another oddity.

Music, writing, walking, going to a 'happy place' in my head (sounds lame, but it works ).

Going for a run, listening to music, or going to a secluded place and thinking.

Well in high school, running in cross-country was a good stress reliever for me. But I can't really run much anymore due to an injury (& not gonna lie, I can get pretty lazy ), so I like roadtrips or just blasting music. Even reading a book helps.

A lot of the time I just hide up in my room (not that I don't anyway) with music and something to write, or a good book to read, or even just laying in bed watching TV until I'm half asleep.

Its driving. If I drive, and just listen to music - then I usually relax so much and am able to get away from reality for abit.

Another one is when I talk to my best friend. She usually makes me feel a whole lot better about myself and things going on - which makes me able to escape my worries and troubles.
