Question Pronunciations - August 11th 2015, 07:49 PM

I'm not really sure where this should go, but I think this is the closest. Why is it that you pronounce partially 'parsh-lee" as opposed to "par-tee-al-ee"?

I think both are correct, depending on what accent the word is spoken in, although I'm not a native speaker, so maybe somebody who is could say?

I've never heard anyone say "par-tee-al-ee", whether they were British, Canadian, Australian, American, etc. If you try to say it, it's hard.
