NSLDS Resolution - January 7th 2018, 01:18 AM

What exactly is it? My school's financial aid office put that on my financial aid award form and removed all of my aid from my statement. I plan on calling Monday but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen?

Resilient
1. (of a person or animal) able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
2. (of a substance or object) able to recoil or spring back into shape after bending, stretching, or being compressed.

We all possess resilience, we just need to realize it.

Re: NSLDS Resolution - January 7th 2018, 02:10 AM

Here is a breakdown of what it means in the simplest terms I could find: https://financialaid.gwu.edu/policy-nslds-resolution

A lot of the other information I found was a lot more confusing.

From what I know, financial aid has a lot of different ways to determine eligibility and this is one of the ways in which they figure it out. I believe that this particular term has to do with Loans and what not although it might be more complicated which is why it would be best to contact them or go talk to them. They can explain it a bit better and let you know what the next step will be.
