Yeah, Google and Wikipedia can give you boat loads of information on all those people, what they did, why they are studied, etc.

Here are a few starters: (If you go to pantheon.org and use the search feature, you should be able to find the whole list)

You couldn't find information anywhere?

The internet is crawling with information on it!
Simple Google search will get you thousands of pages.

But if you do get stuck after that feel free to PM me. I've studied Greek Mythology for the past 2 years.

To help you with your searching because you do get some RANDOM things crop up when looking for all of this.

Poseidon - God of the Sea
Zeus - King of the Gods
The Titans - Powerful deities. They were overthrown by the Olympians.

Hades - God of the Underworld
Hestia - Goddess of the Hearth
Hera - Zeus' Mrs
Aeres - I assume you mean Ares? God of Warfare. (Son of Zeus)
Athena - Goddess of Widsom mainly.
Apollo - God of Music and Poetry
Aphrodite - Goddess of Love
Hermes - Messenger to the Gods
Artemis - Goddess of Hunting
Hephaestus - God of Technology
Eros - God of Lust
Hebe - Goddess of Youth
The Muses - Goddesses and Spirits who inspire creativity
The Graces - Is actually Roman mythology not Greek. In Greek they are known as Charites which are Goddesses of Beauty and Charm
The Naiads - They are Nymphs, found by water.
The Erinyes - Chthonic deities of vengenace.

I've been completely obsessed with Greek mythology since the age of eight, so if you want to know anything specific feel free to ask. There are so many myths with so many different variations that it would be impossible for me to say them all. The most famous tellings of myths are probably "The Iliad" and the "Odyssey" by Homer and Ovid's "Metamorphoses" (although it contains some fairly obscure myths). For in depth information I would recommend the Robert Graves book of greek myths.
