Grad.... - August 17th 2009, 05:50 PM

This year i am graduating high school and it is a huge thing in my family because i will be the second person to graduate at all.... And i am not sure what i should do about the parents dance.... My dad skipped out before i was born and i want to have a father figure to do the parents dance with me but i don't know any man that i could dance with who would fill the shoes of my father for a night...

Some ideas:

Uncle, cousin, brother, grandfather, teacher, neighbour, etc. You could really ask anybody that you're close to. There's bound to be a man that you're close to. If not, why not just ask your mom?

Hey there,

First off I want to congratulate you on almost making it through high school; just a couple month's to go and you are free .

As for who to take; if you really can't find any male figure why not take your mom? You know, it might mean a lot to your mom if you asked her to go with you.
