ARGH...! Scholarship exams... - November 27th 2009, 07:01 AM

I'm doing scholarship exams on saturday for my school's sixth form and they've told me it will be mostly about the topics we studied last year. When I did them in my GCSE I got 100 and 94%. Now I'm struggling to re-jig the memory... argh! Help? How to revise and remember all the stuff I've forgotten?

Do you all have review books? That could very well get you going. Just a refresher. Also, it depends what subjects as to how to attack them in my opinion. You would benefit from a math/science type subject from doing a few problems and getting back "in the groove". However, I find that the humanities [such as English, History, etc] can be reviewed at best and revised in one's head for structure in essay and clear retrieval of facts.

revision guides are your best bet.. i find that they get to the point a lot easier. flashcards, mind maps etc. can also help. good luck with your exam!.
