You need to go and hand in what you have. Work as hard as possible to get as much as possible done. Sometimes we make mistakes, just make up for it next time.

I'm sure it's not as bad as you think it is, and it's better to get a grade - albeit, not the best one - than no grade at all.

Hey Danielle,

Sometimes I usually find that when you believe something is going to be really bad it usually isn't as bad as you first thought it would be. I'm the type of person who always prepares myself for the worst because at least then if the worst happens then I'm prepared for it but if it doesn't then I'm always pleasantly surprised.

Anyway, I don't think that you should stay off school just because you feel like you've got a bad report. I understand that it probably feels like the easiest thing to do right now but at the end of the day the much more brave option would be to face the music and go to school because at the end of the day what is done, is done and it's now in the past, you can't change that and hiding from it isn't going to make it go away.

It's okay to have a bad report because I'm sure that if anything you won't want to feel this way again so you'll work way harder to achieve a better report next time. As for your Mum all you can really do is apologise and promise that you're going to work harder to try and do better next time. She might be a little angry at first because all parents want their kids to do well in school but after a while she'll calm down and be okay.

If you ever want someone to talk to then feel free to PM or VM me at anytime as I'm always more than happy to talk about everything and anything. I really hope that tomorrow doesn't go as bad as you think that it will and I hope that I've been able to help you in some way or another.

Take care and keep smiling. <3

You should go to school and as much as it may sadden you from the results, show it to your mother. If you don't go, you now have the same issue of the report card plus the fact you didn't go and your mother may be told of both. Alternatively, if she asks you for the report card, if you say you skipped, no mother would be pleased.

I can rip you off, and steal all your cash, suckerpunch you in the face, stand back and laugh. Leave you stranded as fast as a heart-attack.

There isn't really a way around showing your mother is there? Or do you not have to get a parent to fill in a form...

Yes, since you got a good grade I doubt your mom will care.
