Work + Depression = Ugh. - September 2nd 2011, 09:18 AM

So, I posted a few months ago because I was worried I was going to lose my job for being off long term with depression. I signed off in early June and I've tried to keep them up to date and continued contact etc.

To put it simply, my manager left, we got a temporary one, she left, we got another one.

I keep trying to get in contact with the current manager and everytime I phone, she says she'll call back and never does. There's been mix ups with my pay, issues with my sick note and now I'm getting phone calls saying the company need to verify I'm actually ill by spontaneously making me talk to their private therapist. The last time I heard from her, she was really strange with me and said "Well for now I have to keep 15 hours open" and it was just the way she said it... you know?

Anyway. It's making me feel even worse about being off, I feel guilty for wasting their time, and now I have this horrible paranoia that I'm about to lose my job.

So, I've been there 3 years, I'm a basic, nothing special member of staff and they've given my new job to someone else. I've been off since June. Am I likely to be let go?
