Table Tennis -

So I was thinking the other day, that out of football you get good ball skills, and other sports all have alot to offer, which is why lots of people do them.
I then wondered, what about table tennis? Why do so many people play it? So my question to you today is: Why do you play table tennis, and what do you get out of it? There might be some interesting replies  Adam. |

I loved playing table tennis when at school.
I guess what you get out of it, like most other sports, is increased concentration, focus, hand-eye coordinaton. |

Ohhh, I <3 table tennis!! =D
For me, it definitely made me concentrate a lot more and see every little thing. From playing it so much in the past, it still has helped me to notice small things and not lose focus. |

table tennis is amazing! my parents bought me a table tennis table a few years ago and i have it up in my garage, its a great boredom killer. i often put one side up and play against myself haa.

Table tennis is really cool. Every time I play it, I think of the guy at Kinko's [the CEO] who uses it at board meetings to "bounce" ideas back and forth. Ahh, anyway, I digress.
I played for 3 months straight and got pretty good at it! Increased concentration and refinement of fine motor skills ftw :] Live and let live.  |

I usually play table tennis out of dares.
Like who ever wins the match the loser gets to jump in the pool with all the clothes on or more dare devil dares  Fun fun I guess... Everyone is born right-handed. Only the greatest overcome it. |
