Anyone else like diving (the sport)? More specifically men's diving? You know there are some other gay guys and girls here who like watching the boys run around in practically nothing.
 JK JK... ok, no I'm not, but I actually like the sport too! So... does anyone else like diving?And, if you're not a fan, to convert you into a fan of diving (or of this specific diver at least), watch this. - Trysten

Its one of the few things I bother to watch when the olympics is on (along with gymnastics).. so yeah I wouldn't say I'm a massive fan but I do enjoy watching it =]

That's cool, it was actually all I watched from last year's Olympics besides the women's beach volleyball. Was there any specific diver you were watching for?

I actually enjoy it. I watched it on the Olympics last year, they dive all perfect and almost never splash water especially China

That's really cool, do you have a favorite diver?
The Chinese are definitely extremely great when it comes to their dives. Diving definitely seems to be dominated by them with the exception of the few other divers who sneak in (Tom Daley, Matt Mitcham, etc...). |

I like one from Russia. I'm not sure what his name is but he looked really young at the Olympics, and from Canada Alexandre Despatie.

Were you watching the springboard or platform? If springboard, I'm not sure who it would've been as I only watched the platform diving. If platform, Gleb Galperin maybe? I'm not sure what other Russian diver would've been there, he's the only Russian diver I know besides Victor Minibaev (whom is one of my fave divers) and his synchronized diving partners (neither of which were at the Olympics as far as I know).
As for Alexandre, I've heard some things about him but I've never actually seen him dive. He just does springboard diving, right? |

Occasionally i'll watch the diving when it's shown on at the Olympics. I think it's a pretty neat sport. It must take alot of practice and concentration. :]

Ooh, definitely so! And guts if you do the 10m platform diving. I would be scared out of my mind to dive off of that! haha. But I'd be scared out of my mind to dive off of anything since I cant swim.
