Yoga ? -
June 8th 2010, 06:22 PM
I'm not sure about whether this should be in here or not, seeing as there is a bit of debate on whether yoga is a sport or not, since you don't compete in yoga, buuut there really isn't a better place for this, and yoga is part of various people's lifestyle.
So, does anyone here besides me practice yoga? Has it changed anything for you, mentally or physically? What are your thoughts on yoga? Let me know ![]() -Ana |

Hi, I personally think Yoga is good for your posture and for your body. I do some of it, also pirates. Sometimes I do it when I'm stressed out and it works.
I'm not sure if it's a sport either, but it could be one.

For the past few months I've been attending a Yoga class.
I find it really relaxes me, when I'm at that class, I dont have to think or stress about anything, which is a huge weight off my shoulders. I dont have very good co-ordination and its helping to improve that as well. I also sleep great after my yoga class as well! |

I've tired yoga before and it's not for me. I can not just sit there in the same position for 2-5 mins and not move I am a super hyper person

I love yoga (: I don't take a class because there aren't any around here, so I mostly watch youtube videos and read about it, and do it at home. It's very relaxing, especially now that I have exams coming up.
