Re: I think I do to much training? -

Oh wow! that sounds like a tad bit much. But could it maybe be a comfort since you escaped your dad? I don't know about you, but when I run for track/cross country, I feel like it's an escape to my own little world where it's just me and my running; no worries, no drama.
What I would be concerned with would be the danger of injuries. A lot of training can put a lot of stress on your body. As you may say "work through the pain", one time, this pain could be a sprain or something worse. Injuries aren't fun, and they will cause you to have to stop training. (I've broken my ankle before. I've come to have a burning hate for crutches). I'm guessing you really enjoy all this training, but I would probably decrease the amount you do and the intensity of them. Plus, you're only 13. You really don't want to harm your body while it's still growing. |

As long as you're comfortable with it I don't see a problem. It is certainly a lot more exercise than most people get in a day. If you're truly concerned, you can always speak to your GP about it. :)
