Do you have a favorite artist?
Who is your favorite artist?
Someone that inspires you from their work it could be from graphics, paintings, sculptures, woodworking, metal, fabric, etc. I really like Tim Burton's style. I havent been able to go beyond him as an artist. I've seen some fantastic work with other artists but none have stuck with me. |

I don't know if they count, but the CGI editors of big blockbuster films. It takes hours, days, even weeks to superimpose CGI effects onto the live film. I give major kudos to them!
But artists in the traditional sense, I don't really have any. I do have an appreciation for art done during the Reinassance period. |

Favourite artist for me would be Thomas Kinkade.
That said, in the summer, I did come across a tree surgeon where I live who made lovely carvings and sculptures from trees that he cut down. They were cool :) |

Titian is my favourite fine artist; he was the greatest painter of the 16th-century. His artistry depicted the historical times during his life, but painted scenes from biblical stories in great detail, namely hands which are a very difficult, in fact almost impossible to paint in any lifelike detail, but one such portrait was of Pope Paul III in 1546.
Another fascinating part of Titian was discussed later by members of the BBC News, under Culture regarding 'The hidden toilet humour in a Titian masterpiece'. Up to then, I never even had guessed! In terms of appearance it is Jason Momoa. In the role of Khal Drogo he is incredible :)

I've got a few favourites: Henryk Siemiradzki, Leonardo da Vinci, Sandro Botticelli, Gian Lorenzo Bernini and also Michelangelo :)

I really like the surrealists. Magritte and Dali for me.

I also love Tim Burtons style as well.
I love Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Vincent van Gogh and Pablo Picasso. Banksy is another artist I can appreciate. |
