Anyone who lives in London, Ireland, England - April 16th 2015, 12:18 AM

So we are planning a trip there in a couple of years and my grandma wants me to ask what is the best time to visit? When is a really good time to visit?

It is never ever ever going to get hotter than California, so don't you worry (and if it does, it will be at a totally random unpredictable time). I'd say May - September is a good time.

Hah yeah...the idea of Ireland getting so hot that you wouldn't want to be there actually made me giggle

You're probably best off coming during the summertime, like that last user said. Otherwise there'll be a high chance of it being chilly, grey and drizzly (our standard weather.....)

I never expected to see "Ireland" in the title of a thread that contained the words "really hot", especially not a thread posted by someone who lives in California, ah sure look. xD I second the advice about visiting in the summer. Especially if you're planning on visiting the larger cities in Ireland, I know my hometown is very, very grim in the winter while it's like something you'd see on a postcard from Lanzarote when we get summery weather. ;D
