Finding a good goal in itself can be just as challenging as meeting a goal itself. It sounds a little crazy, but it is the truth nonetheless. haha.
Maybe you can start by thinking of some things you've always wanted to do such as maybe
Touch your toes
Get eight hours of sleep a night
Read x number of books in a week/month/year
Keep a clean house for a week
Get better at painting/drawing/writing
Join a club/group/or organization
Or maybe even just get things done in a day - a lot of people use our Goal of the Day thread. It makes it easier to focus on little things that we just want to get done in a day's time. Like do homework, clean the house, make an appointment or etc.
There are so many countless possibilities. Maybe you can start with something your passionate about. Do you have any things that you want to get better at or try to learn how to do?
