What is your favourite film? - July 18th 2015, 01:17 PM

What is everyone's favourite film? It can be an old film or a recently released film.

My favourite film is either the Maze Runner or the Hunger Games.

I haven't heard of that film or book, but it looks pretty good so I'll see if I can find it anywhere.

I have a lot of films that I could categorize as favorite, but my all time favorite movie is 'Sound of Music.'

Jenny, It is a movie in one of the regional languages of India. I doubt you will find it in English, or anything. I heard its good, but I haven't watched it since I live in a different state and don't know the language myself.

Anything pro wrestling related. I also like comedies and James Bond movies.

Nowadays I can't watch a movie for long before getting bored cause the story is dragged out to my feeling (I'm like "Let me watch the next part next week or something").

Being a massive film geek who has a lot of films she absolutely adores, it's very difficult for me to pick out one all-time favourite. The first one that comes to mind for me is a French film called Intouchables. It's a truly life-changing movie that everyone needs to see.

My favorite film would be a tie between the first three Crow movies (the fourth was pretty weak). Other than that, I'm a big horror fan - the Nightmare on Elm Street, Halloween, Friday the 13th and Texas Chainsaw Massacre series are some faves.

I watched it, it was amazing. Besides for the fact that my sisters complained over subtitles the entire time -.- but really really good.
And oh boi I don't have a favorite. I love sound of music and harry potter 2 of the films the best but so so hard to choose. Like argh. I watched spirited away recently. First anime film I watched and loved it. I also have recently started watching films more often so I'm still a newbie at this haha

I don't really have a favorite, I don't think. There are movies I could watch over and over again.

- Where the Heart Is with Natalie Portman
- Fools Rush In with Matthew Perry
- A Walk to Remember

I would say those three are at the top, because there are other movies I like but they are a bit embarrassing for me to admit.

Yeah! Awesome movie.

My favourite is probably In Bruges. Could say Pan's Labyrinth, Little Miss Sunshine, Let The Right One In too.

I don't have a favourite. The Green Mile made me cry, but it was an excellent film, Moulin Rouge is good, I love Dirty Dancing, Remember me. I like most genres of films.

For me, I like horror. And Marvel Movies.
My all time favourite is The Shining, or maybe the first Avengers.

Oh dear. I have a few.

American Beauty is one of my more "classic" favorites. I was in 1st grade when it came out (and could be older than some users here ), haha, but I saw it much later in life when I was in high school. I couldn't sleep and it was something random I found on TV, and I ended up loving it. I also love the movie Saved, it's a pretty funny comedy that talks about religion and sexuality. Of more recent movies, I loved Silver Linings Playbook and Short Term 12.

I really like American History X. It's kind of sad and very intense but it's a movie I saw once and was moved by the content. It's rated R I think and has some intense violence and a few sex scenes but if you can get passed that I think it's pretty good. It might have been one of the few movies that made me feel like crying.

I'm pretty much into all kinds of genres (i.e. action, horror, comedy, animation, etc.). Picking one movie that I would call my favorite film would have to be Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Absolutely the best Marvel movie in my opinion, but I'm hoping Civil War next year will be even better!
