Fast Food Baby - May 8th 2011, 08:30 PM

Has anyone watched this?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode...ast_Food_Baby/

I found it disturbing :| How on earth could someone even think of giving a TODDLER 6 cans of coke in a day? :| No bloody wonder he couldn't sleep :/ I doubt I would be able to sleep if I had 6 cans of coke.

>.>

My friend's son had Mcdonald's the other day and kept spitting it out. He isn't used to junk food at all so he doesn't like it. He was looking at the chicken nugget like it wasn't even food :|

Wow... I don't even know what to say.

That's ridiculous, and actually disgusts me.
I don't know adults who drink six cans of pop a day,
so it's hard to imagine a toddler doing it. You know?

I know :| I bought 12 cans of cherry coke for myself earlier but that will probably last me a week or two. The one baby ate more calories a day than me :/ more than a grown man should eat.

I don't think they should have children I know it sounds harsh but I don't think they're responsible enough.

I wonder if we can count that as child abuse in a small, minor form.
It's like.. they aren't taking care of their children by over feeding them.
It's almost just as unhealthy as not feeding them at all. You get what I mean?

That's disgusting. The only time me or any of my sisters have eaten food from a fast food chain (under my parent's supervision, I'm not counting when my sister goes off with her friends xD) is when there is nothing else available, like at service stations.

I would count that as child abuse. I mean, that stuff is addictive. Also, kids start only eating what they're used to, so if you only feed your kid fast food, you're setting them up for a life time of problems. It's disgusting.

Do you wanna come with me? 'Cause if you do, then I should warn you - you're gonna see all sorts of things. Ghosts from the past. Aliens from the future. The day the Earth died in a ball of flame. It won't be quiet, it won't be safe, and it won't be calm. But I'll tell you what it will be: The trip of a lifetime!

True.
And you're only hurting the child by feeding them THAT much.

I can't watch it.
But from what you said giving a toddlere 6 cans of coke a day is just wrong. I wish I could watch it.
