Digimon vs Pokemon

Does this really need an explanation?

I watched both growing up, and enjoyed them both immensely. But I was always Digimon over Pokemon. The storylines were better, the characters more interesting, and it was consistantly brilliant for at least 3 seasons. After they introduced the 350 (or so) Pokemon, it just wasn't the same anymore.

I agree that Digimon was a much better show to watch (from what I remember anyways

). The plots weren't repetitive and the characters had much more personality than their Pokemon contemporaries. Pokemon was really cool to me because of the raps at the end.

Digimon. I liked both, but Digimon had some original plot lines and I remember many episodes were extremely emotional and made me tear up! Haha.

Pokemon was just like "Meh, okay"

I remember always preferring Pokemon (the 150 series) to Digimon, however I would watch them both all the time. :]

I did watch both but I don't really remember much of Digimon other than the orange dinosaur so it obviously didn't leave much of an impression on me.

I'll have to go with Pokemon since I have/had a weird crush on James from team Rocket

I grew up watching pokemon. Then I heard about digimon and I don't know, I just couldn't get into it lol. But I do like garurumon from digimon, I just prefer pokemon lol.

I actually never watched digimon as a child. I watched one episode and didn't get into it. Now I'm looking back the pokemon anime series was repetitive and a bit rubbish.
