Forgetting the likes of Design the Skyline, Brokencyde, Blood on the Dance Floor and all similar sounding bands...because they are, quite obviously, awful.
I really can't stand Oasis, Nickelback, or Coldplay. |

Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber (obvious choices) Also, I had an odd hatred for Blue October at one point but I think that's just cause my mom listened to their CD OVER and OVER again in the car because I don't mind them now. Insane Clown Posse Justin Beiber Almost all bands where the whole song consists only of screaming. I don't mind some occasional screaming if it'd done well but I can't cope with a whole song of it.  |

How am i not surprised that Bieber was on the list. As for me. I honestly don't know. I'll have to answer back later.

Justin Bieber, 30!3, and I'm pretty sure I didn't like Blood On the Dance Floor when I heard them. Certainly didn't go after them.
However, I'd rather listen to Bieber any day, when compared to 30!3 and BOTDF. If I even abbreviated it right. EDIT: Oh! You said singers too! In that case, I absolutely cannot stand Taylor Swift. Nickleback are terrible in my opinion...all their songs sound the same! I think it could seriously be argued that all they've ever done is added slight variation to the same one tune :P

I had a few good ones.. and then I read the above post that mentioned Insane Clown Posse, and they made it all the way to my #1 least favorite. Korn, Clutch, and this band Periphery. Oh god.. Periphery. They used to play at like.. every show in this small Jersey venue as an opening band.. And every time they play.. My ears want to bleed. I'm all for bands with guys who can reach high notes, aka my Coheed obsession.. but Periphery is this like.. atomic wave of ear destruction live.

anything they play on the "top hits" radio stations except adele,amy winehouse,and lady gaga.....they occassionally play songs from a couple of my favorite rock bands, but its rare

Brokencyde, Blood on the Dance Floor, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Bull Of Heaven, Akon, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Nelly Furtado .. All I can think of off the top of my head, all bands/singers I hate with a passion, mostly based on music only, except for like Kanye and Lil Wayne cus those guys are douches. And pretty much all mindless party music.

Any country, most pop, and the mindrot rap. I dislike most mainstream music (not because it's mainstream, but because I hate generic music- which most of it is), country is just a personal dislike, and, while I'm sure some rap is meaningful, I hate the bands of it that are, in Layman's terms, "fuck the police" etc.

I also don't like Nickelback and Metallica. The only one I like by Metallica is Enter Sandman. Otherwise, I get bored because the guitar goes on, and on, and on, and on... And I get tired of waiting for the singer to start singing, so I just run and hide myself in Muse or AFI, lol.
