Oh my God they just announced a UK tour.

I'm excited for their comeback. Fallen is a fantastic album, even still, and while I didn't enjoy The Open Door as much, I'm really looking forward to their new stuff. Definitely gonna try get a ticket, I've always wanted to see them since I was obsessed with Fallen about 8 years ago.

And yes, for purists, the Origin EP is awesome as well.

Any fans?!

You are so lucky. Evanescence was the first band I ever started listening to as a kid, and I can blame that on my sister. Now if they ever come to Connecticut in the United States, I will be begging my sister to take me. Evanescence is my favourite band. Amy Lee's voice is so beautiful.

I love Evanescence. My cousin got into all this kind of music and heavier stuff a while ago and honestly I hated it. It used to scare me because it seemed so down about everything. But now Evanescence are one of my favorite bands.

Argh I LOVE Evanescence. They were one of the first bands I really took a shine to, and Amy Lee has such a haunting voice.
Gonna go dig out my albums now and appreciate the awesomeness.

I love Evanescence. Fallen was such a good album, and the Open Door was alright as well. I saw them in concert for her Open Door Tour. That was a long time ago but I remember it being pretty amazing. I can't wait to hear their new music. :]

Huge fan.
It was on of the first bands I listened to when I really got interested in music.
I was utterly obsessed with them for a long while.

Amy Lee is simply amazing, as is the rest of the band.

I like some of their songs but I wouldn't say I was a massive fan.

Nat told me that they were going to be in Glasgow with The Pretty Reckless in November but I won't know if I can go until August so I expect all the tickets will be gone by then (I was more wanting to go for The Pretty Reckless though) </3

I wanted to go to the one in Glasgow SO BADLY.

Until all the sites I saw were selling the tickets for £56.24.

Because I can totally afford that on a student budget with no job.

They're not on sale to the general public til tomorrow morning at 9am. I got mine on O2 Priority. I paid £34 on Ticketweb, that includes delivery and service charge. It's the Glasgow one I'm going to

I saw them in concert in 2007 and let me tell you, Amy is amazing. It was so much fun and definitely something that I will remember forever.
I can't wait for their new album too, but I am a little disappointed that the release date got moved back so much.

i would kill for tickets to an Evanescence concert. literally kill. if they ever make it to little old Connecticut. i will get tickets and find a way to sneak myself into Amy's dressing room just to talk to her. maybe even sneak away with them.
