Long Time Traveler (The Wailin' Jennys) Come What May (Moulin Rouge Soundtrack) I don't generally listen to inspirational songs. I only really listen to a) happy songs like I'm Yours or You and I or b) sad songs like Almost Lover and Samson. |

Explosions In The Sky - Your Hand In Mine God Is An Astronaut - Parallel Highway God Is An Astronaut - All Is Violent, All Is Bright I could pick pretty much every GIAA song honestly, they're the best band in existence, but those are two from among my favourites. So many good ones though. I really recommend anyone who needs uplifting listen to these and enjoy these mindblowingly amazing bands and songs. I am so glad to be alive to hear these. |

There are many....
the first one that comes to mind is PG's "Don't Give Up" with Kate Bush's amazing lead vocal on the choruses. Her "Running Up That Hill (a Deal with God)" and "The Big Sky" both have an optimistic quality to my way of thinking. |
