Need a good book - June 10th 2012, 08:40 PM

Now that it is summer I have plenty of time on my hands and need some good books. I love the Harry Potter book, just about anything from Stephen King, and pretty much my favorite book ever is One Second After by William R. Forstchen. Please help!!! Any recommendations are welcome.

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo is an amazing series. It's a little graphic and can be tough to swallow, but if you're reading stuff by Stephen King, you should be just fine. The Hunger Games is also a pretty good series if you're looking for an easy read.

I just finished Anne Rice's The Wolf Gift. I liked it but it was not as good as the Vampire Chronicles.

The Time Travellers Wife by Audrey Niffenegger is good. As is The Hunger Games.

Trickster's Choice by Tamora Pierce (actually anything by her)
Gunnerkrigg Court (availble online)
Dealing with Dragons
The Uglies series

not technically a book, but amazing anyway: Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality, an AMAZING fanfiction I'm reading right now. It's novel length and so fun.
