Right now definitely 80s postpunk like Joy Division, The Fall, Echo and the Bunnymen, New Order. Also getting drawn into the early 90s indie rock stuff. Early 90s emo/hardcore as well. and of course Radiohead, The Flaming Lips, and all of those other middle-aged great bands.

I like just about everything
, rap, classical, (some) metal and screamo, country, (some) jazz, pop, rock, Dance/ Trance... At the moment Im listening to Paloma Faith, whatever she is

I listen to EVERYTHING! Like actually my iTunes ranges from classical to screamo to pop to rap, it's a beautiful thing!!
But I will say right now I love country music, I feel like the story-telling is a little better in country than any other genre out there! I feel genres are made out to be far more important in the iTunes age than they should be. Name any genre and you'll find both good and bad.

I like so many genres so it's kind of hard to me to pick one or even a few. I couldn't listen to the same genre all the time, it would annoy me.
But I guess they would be Alternative rock, rock, Industrial, pop and dance. Actually, I guess it would be easier to tell you the genres I don't like which mostly comes down to rap (except Eminem), most RnB and crunkcore (I like Circles by Hollywood Undead but most bands like brokencyde make me want to cry)

Folk, Indie Pop and Rock. Also, what my itunes tells me is "unclassifiable", but that's just Kaki King and Jeffrey Lewis.

I like most genres. I say that because you can sit me down and have me listen to [and enjoy!] anything 'cept screamo.
At the moment I'm loving anything from the 80s. I kinda have to though. It's all we have playing at work! I even heard your mamma wanted some of this...
