Blink 182 are officially back together, it was announced early this year. They are releasing an album and are currently touring.
I found all of this on wikipedia, I know it isn't the best source but it is all on Blink 182's website...
At the 51st Grammy Awards ceremony on February 8, 2009, all three members of the band appeared onstage for the first time since December 2004. Barker announced the band's reformation, stating that "we used to play music together, and we decided we're going to play music together again," with Hoppus adding, "Blink-182 is back!" A message appearing on the band's website the same day confirmed the reformation and added that the band was in the studio writing and recording a new album and preparing for a world tour. The band also updated their "smiley face" logo to feature six arrows instead of the previous five. In June, Blink-182 once more appeared on the cover of Alternative Press (issue #252). Among many questions, including some of Barker's plane crash, the story writer Scott Heisel asked Travis about the commitment to touring, recording a new album and what if the rest of the band wanted to replace him. Barker responded by saying, "I was still really, really, really recovering, and it was just cool to talk to my friends again.".
Due to Blink-182's reformation, the band's second studio album's production was put on hold. Mark Hoppus has stated that Blink-182 will be his main focus. According to Drum magazine, Travis Barker said in an interview that +44 will be putting out a second studio album after the Blink-182 tour.
I can't find anything on Angel and Airwaves, I think they are still together just with out Tom DeLonge.
I have no idea about Eminiem, I am not a fan of his so I don't follow his career much. I found this on wikipedia though.
On March 5, 2009, Eminem reported in a press release that he would be releasing two new albums this year. Relapse, the first album, was released on May 19, while "We Made You", the first official single and its music video, were released on April 7. On October 3, 2009, Eminem appeared once again on Shade 45 with DJ Whoo Kid and announced that Denaun Porter and Just Blaze were very busy working on Relapse 2.
For the first time in nearly six years, they'll be touring Europe, Hoppus revealed to MTV News on Tuesday (August 11). Dates are still being hammered out, but Blink are most definitely heading back across the Atlantic in 2010.
"The rest of the year, with Blink-182? We will go and continue the recording the process, [and] something I can tell you that nobody else knows is that we are working out details of a European tour at some point, coming up," he said. "All three of us have agreed to go over to Europe in the next year, so we're going to start planning that out. ... It's going to be a busy rest of the year, for sure"
