I have seen it so many times....I LOVE it...I was wondering has anyone been to the theatre to see this show and what do you think of it?

I'm getting de ja vu here.
I am absolutely sure we have already had this discussion before... Ahhh, I remember now it was here http://www.teenhelp.org/forums/f23-m...rite-musicals/ then we continued it in PMs  So yeah you can see my main views on it there. I have only seen it once and I really enjoyed it, even though I didn't stop crying from start to end. It is coming back to Liverpool this year with Mel C as Mrs Johnstone and I really wanted to go again but no one would go with me. I have now got tickets for Hairspray with Phil Jupitus as Edna for my 18th birthday... I only really chose Hairspray over Blood brothers because I haven't seen it in the theatre before.  My Mum liked Blood Brothers but she says she goes to the theatre so come out happy not depressed. So she prefers Joseph (So do I, that is my joint favourite musical with Beauty and the Beast )) That is one of the reasons I chose Hairspray, I don't want to be depressed for my birthday And I am going with my Mum so I picked something she would like too. |

I've seen it 3 times, but I wanna see it again. I have the soundtrack and even the script from when I studied it in drama :P

I havnt seen it.
But ive read it, and i was rather shocked at how much i liked it. <3  Three little birds sat on my window, and they told me I don't need to worry. I was supposed to go and see it with my school when I was doing GCSE drama but I was in hospital at the time.
