Smile Writing a Song - June 2nd 2010, 04:09 AM

I'm writing a song on acoustic guitar. I can write music but not lyrics. It's a folkish song. The lyrics o have so far are as follows: 28 weeks separate me from the parking lot and the satelites/the smoke felt like air and the wind through my hair in the passanger seat of your cadillac/now things bigger than me are sand through my feet or the flatlining wave of a heart attack/so I'll bite my tungue or I'll hold my breathe for aminute or two until the blood comes back. I second Gummy. I would love to hear the song when you finished it. The lyrics sound great, Jacob. Just keep at it. No one gets it their first try, you just need to pick yourself back up and try again... but in your case, these lyric are good You inspired me to write again too Thanks, and hope to hear the song in the future!
