What can I do to increase my shoulder flexibility? - March 15th 2009, 05:06 AM

I've just started doing a tumble class and my coach says I need more shoulder flexibility, so that my bridges, back hand springs, etc will be better and easier. What can I do to work on this? Any ideas?

Ever mind the Rule of Three: Three times what thou givest returns to thee: This lesson well, thou must learn: Thee only gets what thou dost earn.
