How to dress cute&nautical - March 9th 2013, 02:03 AM

Summer is coming up, and I really want to get a brand new summer wardrobe. I've been waring the same clothes for a few years now. I love, love, love nautical fashions. Striped shirts, high waisted shorts, anchor necklaces, etc. I would really love to dress nautical when I go out. The problem is, I basically suck at fashion. I'm not really sure what nautical things would go cute together. I was hoping you fashionistas on here could give me come advice on how to dress cute and nautical.

The store Delia's has some really great nautical stuff.
I'm open to anything. Dresses, shorts, etc.
I have these nautical type items already:
Blue wedges with little ropes on them
A white vest
Two blue striped shirts. One is plain striped, and the other is striped with a cute collar and big shoulders.

TY in advance!

Polyvore is a pretty awesome website. If you search nautical on there, you're bound to get some outfit ideas. You could also try Pinterest, or just google search nautical style outfits.

Sorry I couldn't be there, I was tied to a rocking chair.

I'm really bad at putting outfits together, but accesorise! Aren't the big necklaces with anchors on and stuff quite in? You could wear one of them over your tshirt.

Here are some fashion ideas! Many of these articles of clothing, you can find inexpensive versions at Target or Wal-Mart. These will just give you some outfit ideas.

A nice anchor necklace from Wal-Mart: http://www.walmart.com/ip/West-Coast...klace/22437534
And some inexpensive boat shoes: http://www.rue21.com/en/for%20Girls/...px?color=BLACK

Hope that helps some inspiration!

I love those outfits! Ty! I really like the anchor skit too!

And ty other guys as well! I like the idea of wearing an anchor necklace over a tee-shirt.
