Which Bracelet For My Best Friend? - April 26th 2013, 02:42 AM

Hi guys.

Not right now, but I've really wanted to give a bracelet to my best friend. I don't have any money as of yet but I've been looking on sites for different ones trying to pick one or two out for when I get money and I can't decide. He's a guy so style is limited, I don't want him to be made fun of for wearing a girly bracelet. I was looking for something that looks masculine. I want to give him something simple, something that doesn't stand out a lot to others but so he can wear it casually and when he's going through a tough time, he can see it and be reminded he has a friend! I want it to be a bracelet that'll last, y'know? For sentimental value, one that he can keep for years. I've had lots of bracelets that get worn out within one year or less so I wanna know if you think any of these will last and which bracelet I should pick.

I have 6 in mind. I don't know which one. I like the first one the fifth one, and the sixth one quite a bit, but will it last? Does it look okay?

First.

Second.

Third.

Forth.

Fifth.

Sixth.

My questions:

Which one looks the simplest, most masculine?
Which one looks like it'd last the longest?

Hope the links work. Thanks in advance! Oh and is this site okay to order from? It won't result in credit card scam right?

Hiya
This a great thing to do for someone your such a wonderful person

The first one looks like it will last the longest but the last one looks the best and it looks like it will still last long.

Number six gets my vote.

he'd love any of them though
good luck

p.s.regarding the 1st one
if he finds out you spent that much than everytime he looks at the bracelet he's gonna feel guilty about it.

Aww thanks, Jason. That's so sweet of you to say. <3

Cool! I liked the sixth one a lot too.

Well, he doesn't have to know the price... *Takes price tag off* Shhhh. He's definitely worth spending that amount of money for but you are right, he would feel bad about that if he found out and that's definitely not my intention. I might get the sixth one since it looks nice and it's cheap so if he finds out the price he won't feel bad. Thanks again.

Hi Christabel!

This is such a sweet thing for you to do Personally, I like the fifth one. In my opinion, the sixth one is also nice. The only problem with that is since you pull it to adjust it, it doesn't always stay on tight enough in my experience. I think that they all look masculine. Overstock is a good website to order from. Oh, and if you haven't already, I recommend looking at the reviews for each bracelet. He'll definitely like the thought put into this

Thanks, Cassie. I took your opinion and read some reviews.

Ah, well, thing is, I'm not sure of his wrist size which might cause some problems ordering it online.

I think I like the sixth one and it seems like it'd last. You're so sweet!

Mmm... I wasn't really a fan of the sixth one, I prefered the first and fifth.
It's your choice though, I'm sure he'd love any one you gave him

This is seriously so sweet of you.... I tried to get my guy friend a banjo for his birthday (had all the money saved up), and then the price went up and I had to use some of the money for camp and.... and so I got him ketchup instead. He likes banjos... and ketchup.... O_O
Okay back to the bracelets, I really liked those, I do agree with others that number one would last longest, I like number 6 a ton though, and number one is really... well as you said, he wouldn't have to know and it sounds like you're willing to get it for him...
I think number one is actually going to get my vote, followed by number 6.

But its up to you, and he'll love whatever you decide to do for him

Thanks so much, guys. You're all so sweet. And Tay? LOL. I laughed when you mentioned you got him ketchup... I would have paid to see his reaction. "Hey, I like you! Here's some ketchup!".
