Family Meal - January 24th 2014, 03:31 PM

What to wear for a family dinner??

Its my grans 80th and I have no clue what to wear. I dont know what anyone else is going to wear my cousins are all boys so they'll just wear shirts and jean.
I was thinking of black skinny jeans with either flats or boots with a girly top. Is it too casual. Any advice?

I think the black skinny jeans with the flats and the girly top would work fine.

I agree with Cathy. You can never go wrong with flats!

I agree . I think it sounds perfect! If the guys are wearing jeans, then it's most likely appropriate for you to wear jeans and a top too .

Skinny jeans and flats are so cute! Those and a girly top would be great. If the boys are wearing jeans, you can too. I'm sure you'll look great!

I agree with what everyone else has posted above, skinny jeans would be a great thing to wear in this type of occasion. Maybe you could wear some high heels or boots? You could almost wear any kind of shirt, such as a sweater if its cold. Hope this helps!

I hope you have fun at the meal! I agree with everyone else that what you are wearing is fine, and I also agree about spicing it up with heels or boots. Or, you can always add an interesting accessory to it to sort of complete the look, whether it's a necklace, bracelet, a pair of earrings, or something else. It may make it look a little snazzier if you think you need to.
