Prom dresses - March 21st 2016, 07:57 PM

My school prom is only a few months away and I can't seem to find the right sort of dress. I'm usually a bit of a tomboy so I'm not really experienced in dresses and makeup.

I've been looking at some prom dresses with my mum. I would like to maybe have something similar to this either in navy blue or purple: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01A8H39A2/ref=twister_B01A89J5BC

The main trouble with most of the dresses I've seen is that either my back would be on show (which I'm quite self-conscious about, especially since I have a few spots there, though I could probably still put up with them) or are too 'cleavagey' (I'm pretty small chested so that look wouldn't be very good on me lol).

Just wondering if anybody knows what type of dress would be best for me. (If you need to know what I look like to get ideas, there's some pictures on my profile.)

I don't really have any advice but that dress you're looking at is stunningly gorgeous!

Maybe as far as your back you can try acne washes to clear up the spots and open up your options?

Thank you. I make sure to give it a good wash when I'm in the shower. I think the spots are starting to clear up.
