Diamanté removal from shirt? -

OK so I finally found tshirt with a leopard on that I like, but it has diamantés on the spots ... I don't really like them, and I've pulled a few off without damaging the shirt but I was wondering if anyone had any tips that would get them off quicker / less risk of tearing the shirt??

I have found that diamantés always fall off my tops in the wash or when being ironed, heat melts the glue.
I always find they leave a small discoloured circle from were the glue was so be careful. |
