Talking Just wondering... - January 14th 2010, 03:29 AM

Hi guys!

I was just wondering do you think it's weird for a girl to shop in a mens clothes store?

Because I've bought stuff from 2 mens clothes stores but they don't look like mens clothes if you know what I mean.

Like I went shopping last week and I wore this shirt and vest that I got from a mans store and this girl I was talking to didn't realise that it was a mens shirt and vest till I told her.

Thanks for the help guys!

I don't think it's weird at all.
If you find something that you like and it looks good on you then who cares where you got it or what gender it was made for.

I actually think that's a really good idea! A lot of girls stores don't have my size (because they insist on only selling the smallest clothes possible) but the guys clothes can be a million times more comfortable, and they fit much better. As long as the clothes don't look extremely guyish, there's nothing weird about buying them at all! I love buying sweatshirts made for guys! I've had to buy shoes in the guys section before too, because my feet just so happen to be humongous

nothing wrong with this! i always buy stuff from the mens section.. [especially in primark. omg primark mens trackies are the best!] i tend to only buy stuff like hoodies and trackies from the mens section.. but i see nothing wrong with buying other stuff too. actually thinking about it, once i bought a plaid shirt in the mens section, it's kinda big but i wear it over leggings and a vest top with a chunky belt and it looks nice. :]
