I wear it on the bottom inside rim, but only at the outside edges. And I wear a little at the bottom outside edges of my eye, and some along the top. Black pencil, not liquid.

For casually going for a coffee, Kohl Pencil Liner on the bottom of my eye, kind of thick, with black eyeshadow. For more fancy occasions, liquid eyeliner, in different styles, on the top and bottom, then the black eyeshadow. Yeah, I'm a silly Goth.

I usually only wear it on the bottom since I don't really need it on the top because I wear mascara and I have thick eyelashes.

I wear mine on the top and bottom. I also make 'wings' on either side. Revlon is a very good brand of eyeliner.

Top and bottom all the time. It looks funny on me to have it on the top and not the bottom, so I wear it on both :P

I use black pencil eyeliner on the part that I see people calling the waterline? On both the top and the bottom

I use the Prestige w.p e/l.
I only apply it to the top. Half way out. Bottom makes it smudge..and I wing it out a bit too. |

I use pencil-liner on my waterlines (top and bottom) and smudge around a bit along my bottom lash line.

Me and my bf both wear heavy eyeliner, always black. But also black eyeshadow and thick black top lashes. I also do my lashes hot pink sometimes. But I have freakishley long lashes, so i have to be carefull with that.

I mix mine up massively these days. I used to just use liquid on my bottom lashline.
But these days I mix it up  Sometimes, liquid on top & pencil on the bottom. Others, liquid top & bottom. Occasionally, just liquid on the bottom. And rarely, liquid on the top only.Sometimes I wing it out too.. I love eyeliner!

I use a pencil eyeline for my waterline and tighline^^ i think it looks the best on me. Im starting to use liquid eyeline on the top but im still praticing

I rarely wear eyeliner, but when I do, it's black pencil only on my lower lid. I suck at putting on the top lid, and everytime someone has tried to help me, I look... trampy.

mostly in my water line...the little flap of skin at the bottom of your bottom eye lid. but will wear funky colors on my lids as well.

Daily: only the bottom and up to the middle of the eye
