cheap fashion -

Hey, I'm looking to update my style, as I haven't really cared about fashion until about 6 months ago, and I need a complete wardrobe change probably. I'm in high school, and don't have that much money, so I was wondering what are some good places to shop that has cheap clothes that are pretty fashionable? Normally I just shop at Old Navy, Gap, Macy's, Etc. and get cheap stuff that they have there. Thanks in advance.

Goodwill/salvation army, consignment stores, vintage shops, H&M, forever21, and good sweet summer sales in July/August.
