Bodysuits -
May 23rd 2010, 03:27 PM
I have bought a skirt for a school night out and I planned on wearing it with a black vest top. When I did the vest kept coming untucked or gathering up, my Mum suggested getting a body suit which won't move or become untucked.
We are having a hard time finding them. We saw loads at one point but now we want one there are none. I have found some with short sleeves or 3/4 sleeves but no vest ones. The only vest one I have found was a lace one. Anyone got any ideas of where to find one? (In the UK) I have tried most of the high street shops. New Look, Topshop, Next, Debenhams, John Lewis, Monsoon, Oasis, Peacocks, Miss Selfridge, H&M. Lipsy had one but it had thin straps and I want a tank top style one. Also it was about £22 and with postage worked out £25. Or does anyone have any ideas on what else I can wear with this skirt? ![]() It is more floaty and the colour is a lot brighter in real life... |

Primark? They had a few in the other day when I went in ... but their stock does vary store to store obviously.
If all else fails ... ebay? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LADIES-BLACK-V...item35a974a4ee (I'm not the seller, so not trying to sell, just had a quick search ... ) You can't move mountains by whispering at them. Take a look at my art here: http://attemptedart.tumblr.com/ |

Asos £12
http://www.asos.com/Asos/Asos-Basic-...t=-1&clr=Black ![]() you can pay to get it delivered by like Tuesday I think (RAH)² + (AH)³ + RO(MA + MAMA) + (GA)² + OOH + (LA)² = Bad Romance
Religion is like a penis. It's fine to have one. It's fine to be proud of it. But please don't whip it out in public and start waving it around. And PLEASE don't try and shove it down my throat. |

![]() I don't need it until the end of June though so I will just wait until it is back in stock and use the free delivery. I didn't really want to get one online because I am not too sure on what size I need but with free delivery and free returns then I will just order a few different sizes. The ones I have tried on so far have been a size smaller than what I usually am. I will leave this open for a bit longer to see if anyone has any other ideas and I will keep asos in mind. |

Haha thats so typical. They have a few different kinds (have you thought about strapless?) so do take a look. I've never had anything but good experiences with Asos... and I do have probably too many experiences buying from them

Have you thought about looking on dance websites for leotards? Essentially, that's about what you're looking for. I've used and had pretty good experiences with www.discountdancesupply.com, so I would check out that and some other similar places perhaps!

Well. I went in to the New Look store but they had none and told me to go online. My size was unavailable online and then they disappeared altogether. They re appeared a few days ago so we have ordered some from there and they are on there way.
I did look at dance leotards but the ones I have seen do not have poppers on the crotch so it would be difficult to go to the toilet and stuff on the night out. Since I have ordered some I am going to close this now ![]() Thanks everyone. |
